SSP UK approached Fusional to re-design the training manual which had existed as a series of very complex A5 cards.

The 'How to...' training manual had to be adaptable across a wide range of brands, such as Whistlestop, Pumpkin, and Cafe Ritazza. SSP required the manuals to be used in cafe and restaurant outlets within train stations, airports and ferry terminals. The manuals needed to be durable, and to be able to be used where food and drinks were being prepared.

SSP also needed to make each training card up-dateable easily, so Fusional created an identical set of powerpoint files enabling head office staff to update any card in an effortless and cost effective way.
