Under GDPR, Fusional is the Data Controller.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
We collect information relating to our clients and a minimal number of their employees. We do not collect any sensitive personal data about our clients or their employees. This data we collect comprises of:
  • Name
  • Position
  • Work address
  • Work telephone numbers
  • Work email
HOW DO WE COLLECT THE DATA?
The data is collected via online forms on our website or they have been freely given to us by our clients for the purpose of carrying out our contractual obligations.

WHAT IS THE DATA USED FOR?
This information is required for us to effectively manage the day to day running of your projects. We will only share data with trusted suppliers in order to facilitate the services necessary to carry out any contractual obligations. The data we share with our suppliers will only consist of:
  • Name
  • Work Address
We will never share, sell or rent our clients information with any other non-affiliated person or company unless required by law.
This data will never be used by our suppliers for their own marketing use.

If you decide to opt in to recieving the occasional email from us, we may send you information relating to the services and products we offer that we believe may be of interest to you.

WHERE IS THIS DATA STORED?
The data is stored on computers with password protected user accounts and encrypted hard drives. Any hard copies containing personal data is securely stored on site. We believe we have taken adequate security measures to minimise the chance of a data breach.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP IT?
We keep your data for as long as necessary for financial and project related records until such time when the digital files and emails are securely deleted and any hard copies are shredded and securely disposed of.

ASSETS SUPPLIED TO US
Any photographic, video or textual assets supplied by the client are stored on an encrypted hard drive. They will only be used on the materials as agreed. These assets will be retained until final acceptance of the agreed materials, upon which they shall be deleted. We may however in certain cases retain artwork files for future reference, re-prints for example, for up to 3 years. These files are stored on the same encrypted hard drive and on an additional encrypted back up hard drive.

VISITORS TO OUR WEBSITE
The cookies that are saved in our site do not include any personal information (eg. ip, first name, last name, country...). It only includes a generic id number, but no personal information.

When you visit fusional.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

ENQUIRY FORMS
The forms on our website allow you to easily send a request for more information. All we ask for is your name, email address, contact phone number and in certain circumstances, your work postal address. This information is only used in order for us to send you the information you have requested, be it a quote or additional information, or if we are carrying out our services for you and we need to be in contact to see a project through to completion. We won’t bother you with future correspondence unless you specifically request it by checking the opt-in to recieve the occasional email option.

This privacy notice does not cover the links within this site linking to other websites. Those sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy, and if you have questions about how a site uses your information, you’ll need to check that site’s privacy statement.
